In the area of refinancing of housing loans
In 2025 JMRC continued its lending activity until 30/09/2025 and signed (13) refinance loans agreements with (6) financial institutions for an amount of JD (75.5) million, therefore the number of agreements signed since inception increased to (394) agreements, and the total refinance loans granted since inception increased to JD (2.591) billion, the outstanding refinance loans balance as at 30/09/2025 amounted to JD (339.5) million, these loans were granted for different terms ranging from (1-7) years.
It’s known that JMRC grants refinance loans guaranteed by first degree mortgages duly transferred in JMRC favor, The total remaining value of the mortgages shall not be less than 120% of the value of the refinance loan،The bank must maintain this ratio throughout the term of the loan.
