During the second quarter In 2026  JMRC issued (6) bonds with a nominal value of (60) million JD. The total amount of JMRC bonds issued since inception till 30/6/2026 is (2.697) billion JD.

JMRC bonds outstanding balance is (243) million JD as at 30/6/2026.

JMRC has issued its  bonds through private subscription.

The bonds issued by JMRC contribute to encouraging and developing the capital market in the Kingdom. It is evident from the annual reports issued by the Jordan Securities Commission that jmrc is the main issuer of bonds in the local capital market, with the total volume of bonds issued during 2025 amounting to  (55.590)million dinars,  (86.35%)of the total bond issuances in the market was issuad by jmrc.

JMRC bonds are collateralized by the Company’s assets, which include the refinance loan portfolio, which in turn is collateralized by mortgage deeds duly transferred to the order of JMRC which its value exceeds (120%) of the outstanding balance of the Company’s loans  through the life of these loans.
